I am running Windows I reinstalled the Lexmark Software and came across the proverbial Microsoft. NET Framework v 2.
I have tried installing the Netfx repairTool. I can print wirelessly, but cannot get into the Lexmark Productivity Studio to scan or copy or perform other opetations. I could with Windows 8 but not with This is a new laptop.

I have tried installing the updates it says but it still doesn't work. I can setup the printer and print, but cannot use the productivity studio and scan. Can anyone help with up-to-date info on how to fix this or re-install with windows 8 drivers as i'm also on windows 10 and it seems this may be the problem?
My printer also wasn't listed. I downloaded this setup file - and even though the prompts weren't exactly what the directions indicate, it DID allow me to open the productivity studio with no more "download the 2. I called up Lexmark after having a Microsoft help desk try to bring resolution to the problem. After an hour, no luck. I learned Lexmark has phone in tech support at 1 Lexmark recommended I uninstall the disk version. This link is an update, not found on the disk I received with the printer. It contains Windows 8 drivers which will run on Windows Lexmark has not addressed the Windows platform to run W 10 Productivity Studio. But the install worked and solved the problem.
